‘Presentation Skills’

Objective

Making presentationsrequire confidence and a particular professionalism. This programme will enlighten the participants with a road map to understand how well they could overcome nervousness and be more confident, to project and express one’s ideas convincingly. Moreover, following a systematic approach to express your ideas logically and capture the audience’s complete attention. It will persuade the participants for a behavioural change in regard to how they should develop confidence, using appropriate body language and tonality in their voice to prove that the presenter represents a business which achieves success.

Target Audience

Team leaders and managers who are supposed to develop and train others. All staff who have to make presentation within and outside the organisation.

Training Methodology

Combinations of mini-lectures open forum discussions, individual role play, play back,relating success stories, and individual / group assessments. This two-day educational and practical workshop to be conducted to about 24 numbers of participants in a batch.

Course Contents:

1. The process of communication.

2. Understanding and identifying the training needs and setting objectives.

3. Systematic preparation, adapting techniques and rehearsing for impactful delivery.

4. Managing stage fright, nervousness and setting the scene for presentation.

5. Designing effective visual aids and material.

6. Managing equipments, preparation of notes and arrangement of logistics.

7. Assessing and evaluating training for the ‘desired response.
